What can I explore on the free plan?
The birth chart (D1 and D9), Moon chart, Ashtakavarga, transits, Vimshottari dasha and today's Panchang are on the free plan, with up to 50 saved natives (the people whose charts are being read). KP and Jaimini come with the Sadhak and Acharya plans, or one at a time as an add-on on the free plan. Muhurta comes with the Acharya plan or as an add-on.
Can I work in Hindi from the start?
Every plan has the Hindi interface and Hindi consult answers; switch the language from the top of the app. Tamil, Telugu and Kannada are not available yet.
How are AI credits charged?
A question costs the words in your question plus the words in the answer, times the depth rate: 1 at Quick, 2 at Standard, 5 at Deep, with a minimum of 20 words per question. The included monthly credits are shown in each plan’s limits above. Check the rate and balance shown in the app before asking; this page does not promise a fixed number of answers.
Where can I check cancellations, refunds and invoices?
Review the terms presented with your order. For questions about an existing payment, contact support@retrogradetech.in. No refund window or invoice entitlement is promised here.
Do credits or downloads expire?
Check the allowance, validity and pack terms shown for the specific offer in your account before buying.
